Product overview:
Ultrasonic processor is one of the commonly used equipment for sample pretreatment in laboratory. Fs-t series adopts the latest technology combined with microcomputer control, with RS232 interface. It can design and control ultrasonic through computer and store data. With advanced technology, reliable performance, simple operation and beautiful appearance, it is widely used in nano industry, biology, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye, optics, jewelry, aerospace, hardware, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
Main applications:
1. Traditional Chinese medicine extraction, cell, bacteria, virus tissue fragmentation. For example, the extraction of cell contents.
2. Dispersion and homogenization of material particles and emulsification of products. For example, dispersion of nanomaterials (silica, carbon dioxide, carbon nanotubes, graphene, etc.).
3. Accelerate dissolution and chemical reaction. For example, it is used in chemical synthesis.
Main features:
1. Automatic resonance point and power control, no need to adjust energy manually.
2. 99 hour process control timer to control the total working time: from 1 second to 99 hours, the current running task is suspended in real time.
3. Working time display, showing cumulative status.
4. On / off pulse timer to ensure high intensity treatment of temperature sensitive samples. The on and off cycle can be selected from 1 second to 99 hours.
5. Automatic amplitude compensation ensures that the amplitude of the probe does not change due to the change of load during the ultrasonic process.
6. Overload protection: the device self checks and the timer stops.
7. Overtemperature protection: protect the temperature sensitive sample, and the timer is suspended.
